
I'm sure they're real disappointed in that loss, or at least they would be if they weren't busy screwing everyone else. They most assuredly screwed themselves out of any more business from me. Most companies don't feel the need to hide that information in an apparent attempt to screw you out of more money. If a business wants to screw you, all they have to do is write a disclaimer in the terms and conditions, and most of us will rely on the honesty of the company to be up front about their product and whether it auto renews. I requested that they reconsider and never received an answer. I cancelled and then requested a refund, but, like so many others, was informed that the fact the subscription auto renews was in the terms and conditions.

I only realized what was happening because I googled why I was still being charged and saw so many other people who had the same experience. When I finally got a response, I was notified that my subscription had actually come to an end and was offered to purchase a second subscription. For months they did not respond to my emails, and on the phone an automated voice would say something vague then hang up on me. I tried to contact them over phone, email and even the online chat on their website. However, in my case specifically, I tried to cancel my six month subscription on multiple occasions due to the fact that it felt a little too pricey to keep up with month after month.


Honestly? The products that come in the Bump Boxes are phenomenal and I have no issues with the products themselves.
